You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return any items purchased from Gem Studio Jaipur.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Aswadgems is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

•  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 15 business days.
•  The refund will be issued after deducting the original shipping fee.
